This probably works in other browsers but I've only tested in Chrome so far. Also, it's a bit slow because it loads jQuery purely because I'm feeling lazy today. It doesn't even check to see if the page already has jQuery. Ha.
Scrolling is a bit flakey as it sends the scroll position both ways - I scroll the page, your page gets scrolled, your page realises it has scrolled, tells my page to scroll...
